The teams assembled in Range as the session started at 8 am today. Eager and ready, they could not wait to pick from the hat. There was a quick introduction of our special coach, Don Tyson. He then addressed the crowd, wishing everyone luck for the next 24-hours and reminded them that it’s not just about technology, but a 360-degree approach.
The Think Tanks lined up to pull the statements out of the hat, but they were in for a surprise. The core had prank statements in store – build the next iPhone, find a solution for sewer and water management with a TQ device, develop a solution for customised wada pavs for Extentians and more! For a minute the teams actually believed these were their new challenges.
The first twist – flexible members can participate as members of the Marketplace, however, there are only 3 open spots, so first come, first served. The biggest twist was yet to come – teams were allowed to choose statements based on their participation in the ‘Idea Challenge’. The order was – Unicorn, Spartans, Parikrama, Infinite, Constant Variables and Royal Brigade. After 10 minutes of discussion, the teams choose the following:
1. Unicorn: Find Me Parking
2. Spartans: Visitors
3. Parikrama: Ride
4. Infinite: Let Me Go
5. Constant Variable: Challenge Your Buddy
6. Royal Brigade: Take My Hand
But wait, there was one last twist – teams can exchange statements till 11 am. We wonder who will avail this opportunity? Finally, the countdown started and it was time to begin. We can’t wait to see how this day unfolds, stay tuned for more!
