With their eyes on the prize, Constant Variables were the first to cross the finish line!

Their challenge statement was "Discover" – centered around addressing issues we all face at a mall, such as – finding stores, receiving information in real-time about offers available, emergency services, and much more.

Their solution OptiMall is intended at providing a seamless shopping experience to visitors (end users visiting a mall), while also ensuring that mall owners/managers can easily edit and manage data!

They developed two applications

A mobile app for end-users, from where users receive information at their fingertips:
- List of malls
- Get directions to – Google Maps integration
- Rate malls based on your experience
- View offers at shop level
- List of shops in a mall
- Emergency button
A web-app for the mall owners (super admin) to track and store all their data under one roof
- Add data on the homepage – mall, store, events
- Details of the malls
- List of events
- Shop details
- Parking system – digital counter (not built yet – can be provided for)

Techquarium Device Integration

The team used "NFC Tag" to implement two use cases:

App Download
- A single touch and users can download the app onto their phone
Intra-Mall Navigation
- NFC tags were configured to help lost visitors navigate their way through the mall – upon scanning, the app will trigger the user’s current location, allowing them to find their way further

With this, team Constant Variables were awarded the best pitch and were declared winners of X24 Season 6!
